Day 01: Haridwar-Barkot
- The journey starts from Haridwar.
- Depart early morning for Barkot.
- Proceed to Uttarkashi district.
- Arrive at the hotel in Barkot and rest for the night.
- Meal: Breakfast & Dinner
Day 02: Barkot–Yamunotri–Barkot
- Barkot–Yamunotri–Barkot (42 km drive + 6 km trek each way)
- Start at 4 AM after breakfast and drive to Janki Chatti. From there, a 5 km trek leads to Yamunotri.
- Pilgrims can hire a palanquin (doli), porter (pitthu), or horse at their own cost.
- On reaching Yamunotri, bathe in the Jamnabai Kund and visit the temple.
- Return to Janki Chatti by trek/palanquin/horse and drive back to Barkot for an overnight stay.
- Meal: Breakfast & Dinner
Day 03: Barkot- Uttarkashi
- Barkot – Uttarkashi (95 km, approx. 4 hrs)
- Visit Kashi Vishwanath Temple
- After breakfast at the hotel, depart for Uttarkashi and check into the hotel

Day 04: Uttarkashi - Gangotri - Uttarkashi
- Uttarkashi – Gangotri – Uttarkashi (200 km round trip)
- Leave at 5 AM with a packed breakfast
- Take a holy dip in the Bhagirathi River at Gangotri (the origin of the Ganga is also known as Bhagirathi)
- Visit the Gangotri Temple and return to Uttarkashi
- Meal: Breakfast & Dinner
Day 05: Uttarkashi - Guptkashi
- Uttarkashi – Guptkashi (223 km, approx. 9–10 hrs)
- After breakfast around 7:00 AM, check out from the hotel and depart for Guptkashi
- On arrival, check into the hotel

Day 06: Guptkashi - Sonprayag - Kedarnath
- Guptkashi – Sonprayag – Kedarnath (22 km trek)
- Check out at 3:00 AM with a packed breakfast and head to Sonprayag
- Take a local shared vehicle to Gaurikund and start the 16 km trek to Kedarnath
- Pilgrims can use a palanquin, porter, or horse at their own cost
- Visit the Shankaracharya Samadhi behind the temple and attend the evening aarti

Day 07: Kedarnath - Gaurikund - Sonprayag - Guptkashi

- Before visiting Badrinath Temple, bathe in the Tapt Kund (also called Surya Kund)
